In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support the overall upkeep of the property to provide residents with a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help keep our facilities running smoothly, fostering a positive community atmosphere. Duties Conduct routine inspections of common areas, mechanical systems, and building exteriors to identify maintenance needs Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other building infrastructure Assist with residential painting projects and cosmetic repairs to enhance property appearance Support facilities maintenance activities, including cleaning, landscaping, and minor carpentry work Maintain accurate records of work orders. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments Ability to interpret technical schematics and diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with residents and team members in English Supervising experience or leadership qualities to coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently Familiarity with residential painting techniques and general maintenance procedures Join us to make a tangible difference in community living by ensuring our condominium facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming.
