Maintenance Assistant - Part Time

KWB Pathology Associates is seeking a Maintenance Assistant who would work 4 - 5 hours a day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers License

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock office and lab supplies Stack pallets Break down boxes Remove trash Clean breakroom/bathroom Move small furniture Filing Assist with various office projects as needed Follow policies, procedures and safety protocols at all times Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Ability to perform general maintenance and repairs Ability to operate various tools and lawn equipment Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lift and move heavy objects

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching Ability to climb ladders Ability to lift 60 lbs.
