This is a working leadership role. Candidates must be able to work with crew members individually and as group for 3-4 hours per day to train and develop skilled workers. This position is perfect for someone who has worked in the industry as a foreman of a lawn maintenance crew and is ready to take the next step towards a management role.
Responsibilities:
To assist the lead supervisor by Following daily schedules Growing teams through motivation, coaching, and mentoring Managing small enhancement projects Training crewman in specific skills such as mowing, edging, trimming, etc. Inspecting properties and creating work orders
Job Requirements:
Must be proficient in the use and training of landscape maintenance equipment. Must have basic computer skills. Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record. 5 years of experience in the lawn maintenance industry. 2 Years of experience in a management role. Ability to communicate clearly and work well with many types of personalities. Ability to communicate clearly through verbal and written means. Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
