PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LABORER

Job Overview Highgrove Property Services is seeking hardworking and reliable Property Maintenance Laborers to join our team. This role involves a variety of outdoor property maintenance duties for commercial and residential properties, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general groundskeeping. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is dependable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Property and landscape bed maintenance Weed control and debris removal Hedge and shrub trimming Mulching and planting Spring and fall cleanups Operating landscaping and maintenance equipment safely Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment Assisting crew leaders with daily operations Maintaining clean, professional job sites Following all company safety procedures Qualifications Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Valid driver's license is considered an asset Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is an asset Work Conditions Full-time position Early morning starts may be required Overtime opportunities available during peak season Fast-paced outdoor work environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Training provided Supportive team environment Apply Today If you are motivated, dependable, and enjoy outdoor work, we would love to hear from you.
