In this role, you will be a vital part of ensuring smooth daily operations, handling industrial equipment, and supporting various logistical tasks. Your mechanical knowledge and physical strength will help maintain a safe, organized environment while delivering exceptional service. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced setting, all while contributing to a team that values dedication and teamwork. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of industrial equipment to support daily workflows Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials, supplies, or equipment as needed Support the handling and organization of inventory, ensuring proper storage and retrieval Collaborate with team members to execute operational procedures efficiently and accurately Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during equipment use and heavy lifting activities Support funeral directing activities by preparing necessary materials and assisting with logistical arrangements (if applicable) Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Experience Mechanical knowledge or experience working with industrial equipment is highly preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in accordance with safety guidelines Prior experience in a hands-on operational role or industrial environment is advantageous Knowledge of funeral directing processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in demanding environments for extended periods This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop practical skills in operations while making a meaningful impact.
