Our client, a community organization dedicated to providing quality public housing, is seeking a Maintenance Worker / HVAC to help with grounds keeping, unit turns and maintenance tickets.

2-3 week assignment What's the Job? Perform routine maintenance and repairs in public housing apartments Assist with unit turnovers to ensure timely readiness for new residents Support groundskeeping activities to promote a clean and safe environment What's Needed? Maintenance & groundskeeping experience HVAC maintenance Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines Effective communication skills What's in it for me?
