Construction Laborer Residential Maintenance & Construction

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our residential maintenance and construction team. This position involves assisting with renovation and maintenance projects, job site cleanup, pressure washing, and final cleaning to prepare homes for tenant move-ins.

Responsibilities:

General construction labor and maintenance assistance Demolition, material handling, and job site preparation Assisting with painting, drywall, repairs, and renovations Pressure washing homes, driveways, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces Cleaning job sites during and after construction work Performing detailed final cleanings to prepare homes for tenant move-in Removing debris, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring properties are move-in ready Following directions from supervisors and maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must have basic hand tools including pressure washer Construction or labor experience preferred Pressure washing experience is a plus Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials Dependable, punctual, and motivated Strong attention to detail, especially with cleaning and property readiness

Compensation:

Pay based on experience Full-time work available

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
