Maintenance Personnel (Part time) Deep Root Self Storage Augusta, GA Job Details Part-time $25 - $30 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Photography Removing debris Cleaning Facilities maintenance Tenants Full Job Description Looking for a part time person that can do maintenance at a self-storage facility. One day a week on average. Basic Responsibilities Walk-through the facility Pick up trash Fix things Take Photos Tasks include: Maintain properties to ensure they remain clean, safe, and well-organized. Sweep and clean units after tenant move-outs. Remove and dispose of trash left by tenants. Repair and maintain fencing around the properties (occasional). Assist tenants with move-ins and move-outs as needed. Place overlocks on units with delinquent accounts in accordance with company policies. Repair and maintain damaged doors (occasional). Repair and replace broken latches and locking mechanisms (occasional). Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required.
