Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across serveral facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, quality, and customer service are paramount. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Assist with facilities maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and structural repairs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally. Routine monthly pest control. Light janitorial responsibilities. Qualifications Proven experience in facility maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs involving welding, electrical systems, and plumbing. Electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits and understanding electrical schematics. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination. Painting skills are a plus for facility upgrades or renovation projects. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards.
