Maintenance Staff

Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our residential and manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Duties Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively Operate tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to repair or upgrade systems Lead small teams in residential painting projects or facility upgrades when necessary Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Supervise junior staff or contractors during maintenance tasks to ensure safety and quality standards are met Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance within residential or manufacturing environments Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and schematics literacy Skilled in welding, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and the use of tools like ohmmeters and PLCs Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork Supervising experience is preferred to lead maintenance projects effectively Knowledge of CMMS software for tracking work orders and maintenance history Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights safely Customer service mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Join us as a Maintenance Staff member to play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities' excellence!
