Behind every delivery and every operation is a team working together to make sure everything runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. We're looking for a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to help support our facilities and maintain the work environments that keep our operations moving day to day. This role is important in helping create safe, clean, and well-maintained spaces for the teams that help serve our communities across the islands. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout company facilities Conduct preventative maintenance and inspect equipment for operational issues Assist with minor repairs including painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work Perform cleaning and sanitation duties throughout warehouse and facility areas Maintain interior and exterior building spaces, shipping areas, racks, guardrails, walls, floors, and fixtures Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools including buffers, vacuums, scrubbers, mops, and general maintenance tools Troubleshoot maintenance concerns and report larger repair needs when necessary Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all team members What We're Looking For General labor or maintenance experience preferred Experience with painting, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus Comfortable using common hand and power tools Strong attention to safety and cleanliness Ability to work independently and stay organized Good communication skills and willingness to support multiple teams Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in quality work Benefits Free Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage for Team Members Discounted Family Medical Coverage 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Weekly Pay Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts (Gym Memberships, Cellular Service, Legal Assistance, and more) Join Our Team Every role at HFA helps support the people and operations that keep food and essential products moving throughout Hawai'i.
