Full-time Maintenance Worker Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as installations, repairs, general maintenance, and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge.

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Maintain grounds, including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc. Complete maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations Report to maintenance supervisor for issues

Maintenance Worker Requirements:

Proven maintenance experience. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. Experience and proficiency in areas such as electrical, welding, plumbing, and carpentry preferred. Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary. Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches. Experience performing routine maintenance. Strong organizational and follow up skills. Eye for detail. Professional presentation and attitude. Ability to maintain focus while working individually. Strong time management skills.
