Qualified candidates should have some experience in home repair, as well as excellent customer service skills! Pool Experience, or HVAC experience is a plus! Regular job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining chemical balance in pool/spa
• Ensuring grounds are clean, and safe (Ex. Picking up trash, shoveling snow in the winter)
• Finishing touches of remodels (texture, paint, etc)
• Maintaining appliances throughout the hotel Please pick up and fill out an application in person at Responsibilities and Duties Other key duties include: Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking, etc.

Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel Perform duties of the company's preventative maintenance program Report major repair needs to the General Manager Assist in setup/cleanup of meeting rooms Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed, such as collecting/delivering dirty linen to laundry, assisting with laundry or housekeeping as needed
