They will be responsible for trimming, edging, pruning, sodding and other landscaping duties to enhance the appearance of our customers' properties. This position will need to work within the scope of hours for the job and perform the highest quality standards we promise to provide to our customers. This position will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable on the company's insurance policy. Bilingual is preferred.

Organizational Skills Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Turf Division Operations/Account Manager
- Has the leadership capability and demeanor to effectively manage, train, and direct a crew of one to three people while maintaining a high level or morale
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and per company production rates
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment, such as skid steer, mini excavator, mini skid steer, tracked loader, chop saws, etc.
- Able to ensure that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget
- Look for extras and assist with converting them to change orders when appropriate
- During peak season, long days and weekends are to be expected (March 31 - November 31)
- Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, job sites, and shop/yard areas
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to be insured on company's insurance policy
- Prefer a minimum of three years of experience in landscape construction
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to help grow the company
- Detail oriented
- Time management skills
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of a team
- Able to drive truck with trailer attached
- Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, protocols, and SOPs
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for extended periods, and conduct strenuous physical activity. Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Being bilingual in Spanish and English is ideal
