Facilities Helper (Seasonal)

Ziegler CAT has a temporary part-time summer helper position to support our yard, and parts warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Yard maintenance and general facilities maintenance including painting, cleaning, trash and recycling, and sweep and scrub floors Helps receive and pull parts orders and get transfers ready to ship out Assist customers with loading orders out of the warehouse Inventory and cycle counting Maintains a clean and orderly parts and warehouse area Cleans and maintains all parts shelving and storage areas Cleans and maintains warehouse grounds Trash Removal Recycle all of the cardboard in the warehouse Sweep and scrub floors, ensuring all floors are clear Other yard/parts/warehouse duties as assigned Move equipment around the yard Run floor scrubber Operate forklift

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Push/pull up to 25 lbs Lift/carry up to 25 lbs Lift bulky objects Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, Neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, suspine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping - able to use bolt box Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times. The pay range for this position is $15.73 to $18.86 Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location.
