Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated maintenance technician to join our team in the historic mountain town of Idaho City. This role is essential for keeping facilities such as restaurant, hotels and RV park running smoothly and professionally while also ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for visitors and guests. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, from routine upkeep to addressing unexpected issues and seasonal responsibilities. Duties Perform daily routine maintenance tasks including repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment Conduct landscape maintenance such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and planting to keep outdoor areas of restaurant, hotels and RV park vibrant and healthy Operate power tools, hand tools, excavators, and other machinery safely and efficiently for construction or landscaping projects Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to ensure safety and visual appeal depending on season Respond to maintenance requests by owner, other staff members or guests in a timely and professional manner Benefits This position offers staff housing if needed and for the right candidate
