• 20/hr

DOE Wage Reviews:

After 100 hours and 500 hours worked

Hours:

20-30 per week (occasional weekends)

Work Hours:

Scheduled shifts between 8 AM

We're looking for a skilled, reliable Grounds & Maintenance Assistant to join our team! About the

Role:

This position is a great mix of outdoor work and handyman tasks, perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day. You'll help maintain our property's appearance while assisting with general repairs as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Yard work

• gardening, raking, weed whacking, trash pickup Seasonal tasks
• winterization, spring clean-up, burning slash Basic landscaping & grounds maintenance Light to moderate lifting (with some heavier tasks as needed) General handyman tasks to assist the Maintenance Supervisor Helping with vehicle cleaning & upkeep Other hands-on duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Dependable & hardworking

• you take pride in your work! Good decision-maker
• can think on your feet & solve problems Physically fit
• able to bend, kneel, lift 35+ lbs, climb stairs, and do repetitive arm movements Valid driver's license (bonus points if you can drive a manual vehicle & back up a trailer) Experience with a chainsaw is a plus! Must pass a background check & have excellent references Flexible schedule
