Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Custodian/Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. This energetic role involves performing a variety of cleaning, custodial, and maintenance tasks across our commercial or residential properties. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a welcoming environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive experience for staff, visitors, and residents alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, break rooms, drinking fountains, windows and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Carry out floor care activities including sweeping, Auto scrubbing. Operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely. Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial services when required to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
