QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrate aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned performance responsibilities. Demonstrate success in performing a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, plumbing, minor electrical, painting, carpentry, welding, and all building maintenance. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports. Desired Several years' experience in building, construction and maintenance. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
