In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our building and outdoor spaces. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components to ensure optimal operation. Operate hand tools, power tools. Light carpentry, electric, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge is preferred. Conduct snow and ice removal during winter months to ensure safe access around the property. Contribute to general building upkeep by repairing fixtures, painting surfaces, and maintaining hardscape features like walkways or patios. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining various systems and equipment. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively. Familiarity with construction processes and maintenance procedures related to building upkeep. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
