The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and fixing issues with logic controllers. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management. Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. Fabricate parts as necessary to support maintenance operations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing tenant concerns. Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed and report any significant issues to management. Experience Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance is essential. Strong knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus. Experience supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with team members and customers. A logical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving is necessary for success in this role.
