Maintenance Worker

Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks across manufacturing and residential environments. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with documenting work orders efficiently. Responsibilities Mowing on tractors and zero-turns and use of a weedeater Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance operations Provide excellent customer service to internal clients by addressing maintenance requests promptly Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential settings Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Electrical experience including troubleshooting with ohmmeters and working with PLCs Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position offers an engaging opportunity for a dedicated professional eager to contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
