Aircraft Detailer, Building Maint.

Aircraft Detailer/BuildingGrounds Maintenance Worker Full-Time Position, Flexible Hours The Aircraft Cleaner and Building Maintenance person is responsible for cleaning aircraft and building maintenance as assigned.

Duties Include:

Cleaning and detailing of aircraft, vehicles, and other equipment as assigned General upkeep inside and outside of Byerly Aviation Buildings, Hangers, and Ramp as assigned General tasks such as minor interior painting, organizing work areas, furniture assembly, cleaning Basic handyman facility tasks General company errands that may include daily travel Perform related duties as required

Qualifications:

Possess essential physical and mental capabilities in the following: Interpersonal skills, memory, attention to detail, follow directions, reading, writing, speaking, evaluating, organizing and innovation Responsible for his/her own personal safety and the safety and care of all assigned equipment 18 years of age or older Must be able to work independently Mechanical aptitude desirable Cleaning/Detailing experience strongly desired Must be self-motivated and take pride in work Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift; or a hybrid shift Must be able to work some weekend hours Must have a valid Real ID Driver's License Must submit to the drug and/or alcohol program requirements Must submit to an airport security background check While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include, close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Starting Pay:

$16.00/hour
