8:30a-5p; available for after-hour calls as needed

Pay Rate:

$18-20/hr

Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance has the following responsibilities and duties: Appliance maintenance and repairs Bathroom and kitchen repairs Minor electrical and plumbing Painting, patching, sanding Bug and vermin removal Removal of furniture left in units Parts ordering and pick up Prepare apartments after move-outs; including frame repairs, widow replacements, etc. Janitorial duties Outside ground maintenance duties Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Property Maintenance should have the following skills, education, and experience: Ability to pass criminal background check Valid Driver's license Own vehicle Ability to lift up to 50lbs Excellent trouble shooting skills and prior use of hand/power tools in a similar role
