Maintenance

Pay Range is $16 to $18 dollars an hour This is an ACA part time position. This is a non-exempt position AI is used in gathering general employment information and will not inquire about nor store information about any protected job class. Final hiring for positions will be performed by a human in a hiring management position.

Requirements:

The Multi-unit Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Technical training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or related field preferred Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance or related field Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Ability to communicate effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently and in a team environment -Monday-Friday Schedule with Nights and Weekends Emergency on-call Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
