Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will participate in the daily operations of landscape upkeep, ensuring that our clients' properties are beautifully maintained and meet the highest standards. Duties Coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and lawn care Manage tree care operations such as pruning, trimming, and health assessments Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on quality results Knowledge of lawn care practices, construction basics, irrigation systems, and tree care techniques Familiarity with gardening tools, landscape equipment, and maintenance machinery Commitment to safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment
