Maintenance

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. We prefer a strong emphasis in electrical knowledge. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general building repairs, mobile equipment
• electric, gasoline, and diesel.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
• Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Knowledge of logic controllers is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and address their maintenance needs promptly
