General Labor / Property Maintenance Assistant

You're eager to learn, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in building real-world maintenance and repair skills. Starting wage based on skills and experience.

Skill Mastery & Daily Impact:

Diverse Technical Training:

Work side-by-side to troubleshoot and repair everything from appliances (like dishwashers and washers) to door hardware and plumbing issues.

Property Transformation:

Master interior and exterior painting and finishing work, directly impacting the quality of our properties for new residents.

Seasonal Operations:

Handle essential seasonal work, from managing landscaping in the summer to snow and ice removal in the winter.

Learn Property Management:

Gain operational insight by assisting with apartment prep and moving materials, getting a hands-on understanding of the entire property turnover process.
