Position:

Maintenance Employee Full-time position (8 hours per day, not including lunch break). Class B CDL with school bus and passenger endorsement required, will train. Hours may vary. Salary shall be in accordance with the existing salary schedule. ($26.52 per hour) Good work ethic is a must. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Criminal history background check is required. Mechanical skills/experience required. Duties may include but are not limited to the following: Repair and install electrical devices and equipment. Repair and install plumbing devices and equipment as needed. Inspect grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure proper operation. Painting Keep building and premises, interior/exterior, clean at all times. Plow/shovel snow. Move furniture/equipment as required. Mowing/trimming and related yard work. Cleaning/routine maintenance of boilers. Routine maintenance of equipment. Drive as substitute bus driver when necessary.
