What You'll Do:
Help maintain and repair industrial equipment Perform preventative maintenance tasks Assist with troubleshooting mechanical systems Support welding and fabrication projects (if experienced) Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of industrial, mechanical, automotive, farm, or related hands-on experience
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Ability to read basic diagrams or blueprints (willingness to learn)
Preferred:
  • Experience with motors, pumps, or conveyor systems
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Exposure to hydraulics or pneumatics
  • Welding experience (stick welding a plus) We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and wants to be part of a team!
