What You'll Do:
Help maintain and repair industrial equipment Perform preventative maintenance tasks Assist with troubleshooting mechanical systems Support welding and fabrication projects (if experienced) Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothlyWhat We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude (1+ year industrial, automotive, farm, or similar experience required) Willingness to learn Dependability and strong work ethic Basic troubleshooting skills Problem solving attitude Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or welding experience is a plus- but not required.
