•  2024 & 2025 What You'll Be Doing Take care of general maintenance and repairs around the community Fix everyday items like lighting, paint, drywall, flooring, and basic plumbing Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders Help move, assemble, or install furniture and equipment Assist with resident transportation and support housekeeping when needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Maintenance experience preferred, especially in healthcare or multi-unit buildings Valid driver's license in good standing Someone who is reliable, respectful, and enjoys helping others Silver Birch Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
