Job Description

Enter, categorize, and update daily maintenance tickets Communicate with management, leasing, service, and accounting teams Follow up with vendors, contractors, and tenants on job progress Prepare and send estimates for owner approval Assign tasks to outside vendors and contractors Collect and reconcile technician receipts and gift card usage Coordinate technician schedule, payments, and verify completed work Coordinate appointments with tenants Submit technician work reports for invoicing Maintain key inventory and lockbox tracking Rotate on-call to check voicemails and dispatch maintenance after hours and weekends Must be highly organized Must have good written and verbal communication skills Must have a strong attention to detail Must be able to work well with a team and independently Must be able to multi-task Must be comfortable working in a high-energy, rapidly changing and demand environment Must have solid experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. Must be able to fluently read, write and speak English and Spanish.

$43,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
