Laboratory Assistant Harba Solutions - 1.0 Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time | Contract From $18 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Equipment repair Driver's License Attention to detail Organizational skills Materials handling Full Job Description Seasonal Agronomy Assistant This temporary position provides flexible operational support across multiple areas within agronomy operations. The role helps ensure smooth day-to-day functioning by assisting with facility tasks, equipment use, product movement, sampling activities, and general upkeep. It's suited for someone reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support loading and unloading of agronomy inputs and products Operate equipment and company vehicles as needed Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures Assist with basic maintenance and repair of facility equipment Maintain clean and organized grounds, including mowing and weed control Collect, process, and document crop and product samples Record daily activities and communicate updates to the Location Manager Support accurate inventory tracking for fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and related materials Provide backup support for application operations during peak periods
Qualifications:
Commercial Applicator License preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving ability Dependable, positive, and team-focused mindset Willingness to work extended hours during seasonal demand Basic understanding of agricultural operations is a plus Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
