Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring buildings and surrounding grounds are safe, clean, and fully functional. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation, repair, upkeep, and general maintenance of facilities Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and complete required tasks Ensure building maintenance requests are completed accurately and in a timely manner Perform general maintenance tasks, including: Light plumbing repairs Carpet cleaning and general cleaning of buildings Lawn care, mowing, and snow shoveling Painting and minor repairs Playground equipment inspection and repair Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas at all times Communicate maintenance issues requiring outside contractors and obtain proper approvals Travel to and support other facilities as needed Participate in continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Requirements & Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle 2-3 years of general maintenance experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8-10 hour shifts Clean background check required Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices Strong communication and time-management skills Dependable and flexible with assignments and locations
