Job Description
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of office building facilities through equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep. This role operates independently during regular daytime shifts, with occasional overtime during emergencies, and focuses on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC repair, and facility maintenance. Responsibilities Perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems within office buildings Conduct general labor tasks to support facility upkeep Operate independently, managing tasks without supervision Respond to emergency maintenance needs with overtime availability Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in maintenance roles Technical training in maintenance or a related field HVAC Certification and knowledge of HVAC basics Proficient in mechanical repair, electrical systems, and plumbing Physical stamina to perform demanding maintenance tasks
