Utility / Shop Support Technician Allied Specialty Precision - 3.6 Mishawaka, IN Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Landscape maintenance Forklift Packaging Manufacturing Facilities maintenance Full Job Description This is a versatile "utility" position supporting our facility. You'll handle light maintenance plus other odds and ends tasks that keep production moving. Responsibilities Facility upkeep and minor repairs (paint, drywall, doors, lights) Waste handling: trash/scrap, cardboard, coolant, etc.
Shop support:
move materials, organize storage, cleaning, etc. Assist with dock/receiving support as needed Seasonal tasks: snow removal, exterior upkeep, basic grounds maintenance Preventive maintenance on machines Facilitate bench operations: e.g. deburr, braze, hone, wash, pack and ship. Qualifications Mechanically inclined; good with tools Manufacturing experience preferred; not required Strong work ethic and reliability Able to lift 50 lbs; able to walk/stand most of the day Valid driver's license Forklift experience preferred
