Job Description

Company Overview Global Harvest Foods is a national manufacturer in the bird feeding industry with a rich 40+ year history of delighting many "A" list retailers with our branded and private label product lines. Our manufacturing and distribution facilities are located throughout the United States. We have an outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Clerk at our plant located in Reynolds, IN. The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative and data support to the maintenance department. This position helps ensure maintenance operations run efficiently by managing work order documentation, maintaining accurate records, supporting scheduling activities, and assisting technicians and supervisors with maintenance coordination. This is a first shift position from 7 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday with possible overtime on weekends. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Work Order & Data Management Enter and maintain work orders within the company's CMMS system (Fiix) Ensure work orders are properly documented, completed, and closed Track maintenance requests and route them to the appropriate personnel Maintain accurate maintenance history for assets and equipment Administrative Support Provide clerical and administrative support to the maintenance team Organize and maintain maintenance files, reports, and documentation Assist with preparing maintenance reports and summaries Support scheduling of preventive maintenance activities Inventory & Parts Coordination Maintain records of spare parts and maintenance supplies Track parts usage and assist with inventory organization Coordinate with purchasing or vendors when parts or supplies are required Communication & Coordination Receive maintenance requests from internal departments Assist with coordinating maintenance schedules and technician assignments Communicate work order updates when requested by supervisors or departments

Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and administrative skills Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, data entry) Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or facilities environment Familiarity with CMMS (Fiix) or maintenance tracking software Experience with inventory tracking or parts management Key Skills Organization and record management Accurate data entry and attention to detail Time management and task prioritization Communication and teamwork Basic technical and strong computer skills
