Full-time Join Cutting Edge Landscape Cutting Edge Landscape is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the trade, grow fast, and develop into a Maintenance Crew Lead . This role is built for someone who is ready to work hard, learn how to run a mowing crew, and step in wherever the team needs support. In the short term, this person will help with labor, maintenance work, and smaller landscape or softscape projects. In the long term, the goal is to develop them into a crew leader who can run work at a high level. What You'll Do Learn how to fully operate and run a mowing crew Support the team with day-to-day landscape maintenance tasks Assist with small landscape and softscape jobs Step in where needed to help the team stay productive Learn equipment use, jobsite expectations, and quality standards Take direction well and grow into greater responsibility over time What We're Looking For Experience in landscaping or maintenance is preferred, but not required Strong desire to learn and work hard Attention to detail Positive attitude and coachable mindset Reliable and ready to be part of a team Interest in growing into a leadership role What Makes This Opportunity Different This is not just a fill-in labor position.
