Job Description

MUST BE LOCAL TO PITTSBURG.
This is a Contracted 1099 Job, not W2 Employment. Please do not apply if you are not local, do not have your own tools and transportation, do not have experience in repairing or remodeling residential homes. Property Management company is looking for a contracted residential maintenance/labor person(s) to help handle around 100 residential properties in the Pittsburg Area. This individual must be dependable, trustworthy, and must be able to pass a background check. Experienced in general residential maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, painting, cleaning, etc is required. Must work in a timely manner to promptly deal with maintenance issues at any given time. May be responsible for mowing, snow removal, landscaping, rental unit general maintenance, painting, appliance replacement/repair, cleaning, as well as any other work that might be needed or required to maintain and support the properties managed. All applicants must have basic tools and transportation. Pay will vary depending on the applicants qualifications. Applicants should also live in or very close to Pittsburg KS.
