Cleaning and Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. Your expertise in general maintenance will help create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across various projects, from pressure washing, to carpet cleaning, to window cleaning, all while contributing to the upkeep of a well-maintained property. Duties Perform routine pressure washing, carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, and window cleanings. Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently for various projects. Maintain hardscape features including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining building systems or outdoor equipment. Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, tree care, horticulture, and gardening practices. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery safely. (Training is offered) Experience in landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and garden upkeep. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or system issues quickly. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
