The Maintenance Assistant supports the overall upkeep of the building and grounds. This role helps ensure a safe, comfortable environment by assisting with repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily facility needs.

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with routine building maintenance and repairs Supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment upkeep Performing preventative maintenance tasks Helping maintain clean and safe outdoor areas Responding to work orders in a timely and professional manner Collaborating with the Maintenance Director and facility team
What We're Looking For:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Positive attitude and dedication to resident safety and comfort Salary/ Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
