JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role supports the administrative functions of an area of properties on campus, assisting the Operations Team by performing a variety of tasks to assist in day-to-day operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to student living and learning. Perform data entry, file management, and support with research projects. Complete hands-on repairs/maintenance work while ensuring service requests and repairs are made correctly and timely. Execute the preventive maintenance program that minimizes emergency repairs and service repairs; inspect grounds, buildings, and other property features to minimize liability concerns. Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of properties at all times and understand the importance of the retention of residents for occupancy purposes. Perform all work necessary to make units and rooms ready for occupancy which may include general cleaning. Make note of and report on any equipment which might need repair prior to occupancy. Assist with planning and coordinating events, projects, etc. Sustain positive customer relations and contribute to the positive feedback toward properties.

Additional Compensation :

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

Corporate Positions :

In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions :

In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
