Must be hard working, team oriented, able to lead, direct, and provide feedback for others in their work of maintenance and some construction, and have good attitude. Must have experience in maintenance and some experience in construction is preferred. Could occasionally be interacting with industry, parrish, and city personnel for permitting, etc. Must also be able to perform basic maintenance, pick up the grounds, move furniture, help clean rooms when long term guests leave and have the ability to train and oversee those who do these kinds of tasks as well as more advanced maintenance and construction items. We're looking for a level 4 or 5 maintenance and construction person . Level 1 is someone who can pick up trash around the property, plunge a toilet or set a wax ring, do minor electrical items and level 4 or 5 is someone who could patch or replace a section of sheet rock or ceiling, do more advanced plumbing and electrical items or even build a structure from the ground up, given the resources and plans.
