The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, established facility policies and procedures and as directed by your supervisor to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. Duties Support general building maintenance tasks such as fixing fixtures, repairing equipment, rooms, and performing routine inspections to prevent issues before they arise Assist with painting Move equipment or supplies Collaborate with Supervisor and team members on projects Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tool Painting experience Join us if you're passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and ensuring operational excellence across facilities!
