Property Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our property. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a safe, functional environment for staff and customers. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance will be vital in maintaining the integrity and appearance of our property. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Perform repairs and preventative maintenance Preform painting projects and cosmetic updates to enhance property appearance Manage facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, landscaping, and general repairs Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and safety compliance activities Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally Experience Proven experience in facilities or property maintenance within residential or commercial environments Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in pressure washer and lawn equipment Ability to perform painting and general handyman tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills in English Join us in creating safe, well-maintained environments that enhance the quality of life for staff and customers. Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
