Stassi Community Care Center is the first of its kind in the area and will provide care in an atmosphere that promotes resident choice and creates a more home-like setting. We are seeking the right candidate for the position ofMaintenance Assistant. In this vital role, you will ensure that our residents reside in a safe and comfortable environment at all times.
Primary Duties:
Perform general building maintenance tasks; receive work orders and perform tasks required to complete duties assigned Monitor and record water temperatures throughout the facility, such as resident use areas, laundry and dietary areas Monitor and maintain HVAC system, electrical systems, and emergency generator systems
