Maintenance Worker/HVAC Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $22.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) $20-$22/hour DOE Perform minor facility repairs, including painting and drywall repair Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, including filter changes and unit maintenance and troubleshooting Complete basic plumbing tasks such as cleaning P-traps and changing fixtures Replace light sockets and light fixtures as needed Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of building interiors Assist with water heater replacement Complete repairs, HVAC work, install appliances, and other various minor tasks at the discretion of management.

Maintenance Worker/HVAC Qualifications:

Previous building maintenance experience Must be HVAC certified. Candidates without this experience will not be considered for the position Previous experience installing and repairing flooring preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
