In this energetic role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, from landscaping and lawn care to repairs and equipment operation. Your hands-on expertise will ensure that our outdoor spaces and infrastructure are well-maintained, inviting, and ready for any activity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and landscaping skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Perform landscaping duties including mowing, tree trimming, shrubbery care, and planting to maintain beautiful outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators for construction, hardscape installation, or repair projects Conduct lawn care activities like edging, fertilizing, aerating, and snow plowing during seasonal changes Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering Carry out general building maintenance including minor repairs, equipment servicing, and ensuring safety standards are met Assist with landscape maintenance projects involving landscape design, hardscape installation, and horticulture practices Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal or tree care to keep premises safe and accessible year-round Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and operating heavy machinery like excavators for construction or landscaping projects Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration Experience with landscape maintenance practices such as tree trimming, gardening, irrigation management, and hardscape installation Ability to perform snow plowing safely and efficiently during winter months Familiarity with horticulture principles to support plant health and landscape aesthetics Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions along with attention to safety protocols This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to bring their maintenance expertise to a vibrant team dedicated to creating welcoming outdoor environments.
