www.phccleaners.com We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance and Cleaning Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of multiple properties through commercial cleaning, minor repairs, and general maintenance tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all property areas are clean, safe, and in working condition for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly commercial cleaning tasks, including floors, restrooms, windows, common areas, and offices Conduct routine maintenance and small repairs such as patching walls, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures, or painting Install or replace appliances (e.g., refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves) as needed Perform inspections of building systems and promptly report or resolve issues Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping as needed Collaborate with contractors and vendors when external support is required Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks performed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in general maintenance and/or commercial cleaning Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and perform labor-intensive tasks Valid driver's license (if required for travel between sites)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in property management or facility operations Experience in commercial cleaning Experience in residential and commercial maintenance Experienced at interior painting and basic repair Bilingual abilities are a plus
